Saturday, November 15th, Vienna

Saturday morning my mother and I headed by ourselves to a big flea market by the Naschmarket. As soon as we got off the subway it was thick with people. The flea market wasn't very big, but it was densely packed with goods, piled on the pathways as people were going through them. I got a few pieces of jewelry that I love, and enjoyed looking at everything that people were selling.

It was really sunny that day, and I got some good photos of the Otto Wagner building we had seen a few days before.

We walked back through the Naschmarket, which was also full of people, to meet up with my dad, and then headed to another Christmas market. On the way there we walked by the National History Museum, and in front of them were this elephant and carousel. The Christmas Market was oriented for kids, had a train, performers, and tons of crafts and things to buy. It was totally thick with people, and I didn't really get any photos because it was too dark - but my parents did.

It was really fun! I lost my mother at one point and I was pretty sure I would never see her again, but it all worked out :)
