Not surprisingly ...

This quote really resonates with me, it's so me. As I've been unpacking there's so many moments of "Oh, I had forgotten all about this!" Especially exciting is the little things I bought as I was packing up and preparing to move, and put away without ever using. Unpacking is a treat.

I felt that way when I moved here from New York. It was a whirlwind of emotions, discovering things again, some broken, some not. Then, finding a home for every little item. It's so exciting!

I love the finding new homes for things part, but I hate the "what do I do with all this crap" part! I need to learn to downsize :)

That quote is so you (and me ;)...except for the fact that I would think that with your memory you wouldn't forget any of your belongings - no matter how small ;)

Ha ha, my memory is fading as I get older, I swear!
