This couch has cycled through living with many of my friends for the past 9 years. I remember when Erin was moving to Portland, and told me she wouldn't have space for it, I immediately wanted it although I did not have space for it either. It sat in Shane's garage for months until I moved in with him, and requested we find a place in the apartment for it. I am certain all of my friends have spent at least one night (or maybe a few months) sleeping on this couch.

But, it's sadly time to say goodbye. Recently, each time we sat on it, it felt like it might fall through. It's been in our tv room, where we really needed a futon or hide-a-bed so the room could double as a guest room. I hope that someone else will love this couch and put some energy in to giving it a new frame, because I am obviously sentimental in letting it go.
