My favorite camera will always be a small point and shoot given to me by my parents for my 13th birthday. It's small, an Olympus, and has traveled with me everywhere ... until I got a digital camera. The last time I used it I was frustrated and jaded with the options to develop film here, so I stopped using it once again. But last weekend I sucked it up and tried again, with varying results.
I can't tell if the quality isn't what I remember because I've never actually seen my photos from that camera scanned? I'm not sure exactly ... but does anyone have a negative scanner they love? This might be a good option if I decide I want to keep shooting film.
My garden is growing so fast - the peas are doing great, thanks to the rain - and the tomatoes are inching along.

I wish I could be more help with scanners but I've always owned ones that are so junky, I never even tried to scan photos on them. I've heard epson makes some good(albeit expensive)ones. They had some at my school. I was always lusting after them.
The garden looks great! I can't believe how big everything has gotten! Plants...they grow up so fast:).
I'll look in to epson! It might be one of those things I never pursue ... we'll see :) I'm good at getting really enthusiastic about things and then leaving them for a new hobby soon ...
yeah, amazing what all that crazy rain in May and June has done for the plants! My lettuce is drowning, and I can tell my tomatoes are calling for the sun ...
