tie-dyed wreath

When I started cross stitching again recently, my good friend Ryan mentioned off-hand that he wanted a tie-dyed cross stitched wreath. I bough some color changing thread, thinking this was the closest I could come to tie-dye. After a little bit of trial and error with a few leaves, I think it worked out pretty well. I wish there was a little more contrast in the leaves, but the store I got the thread had a very small selection.

And it's hard to tell, but the orange and pink and red are color changing thread as well. I didn't get a chance to take photos with my real camera before I sent this off, so these pictures with my phone will have to do.
